WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF GETTING A FACIAL?
Getting facials on a routine basis helps to improve circulation, increase hydration, and slow down signs of aging. It can also target and prevent issues such as inflammation, dead skin build-up, and acne/breakouts.


HOW SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT? IS IT OKAY IF I HAVE MAKEUP ON?
While it is best to come with a clean face, it is no problem at all if you are coming straight from work or anywhere else and still have makeup on. We will be deep cleansing your face regardless!


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ALL THE FACIALS YOU OFFER?
All facials involve deep cleansing, exfoliation, and mask treatments. The main difference is that certain products are used during each facial to yield specific results. We recommend you read through the descriptions on our service page to choose the facial that best suits your skincare needs! And if you have questions, we are here to help! 


WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS SHOULD I BE USING FOR MY EVERYDAY SKINCARE ROUTINE?
We strongly recommend you at least have the basics: cleanser, toner, moisturizer. A full routine should consist of a cleanser, toner, & moisturizer, and then an exfoliator, mask treatment, serum, and an eye cream. During your facial appointment, we would be happy to customize a regimen for you!

IS IT OKAY TO WEAR MAKEUP AFTER GETTING A FACIAL?
Although we recommend letting your skin breathe for the day (after the treatment), it certainly won’t hurt if you need/want to wear makeup. Facials and/or chemical peels are a great way to prep your skin for a special event; your skin will look so glowy and smooth!


ARE THE CHEMICAL PEELS PAINFUL? WILL MY SKIN FLAKE AFTERWARDS?
Depending on the type of peel you get, you may feel some tingling, but it should not be painful! You could potentially experience some flaking around inflamed areas; however, this is uncommon with the peels we use. If you’ve never had a peel before, please inquire for more information or to chat about aftercare.


WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A CHEMICAL PEEL?
A chemical peel is a skin-resurfacing procedure, intended to treat fine lines/wrinkles, sun damage or hyperpigmentation, certain forms of acne, and/or improve skin texture. Chemical peels tend to yield faster results, depending on what your main concern is.
